Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer located in West Midlands. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and administering systems. The IT Support Engineer will handle help desk support tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate would also be someone who long term is looking to move from system support into software development (ideally in PHP, JAVASCRIPT,SQL).
