Have you considered building a career in Pensions administration, working with one of the UK's largest private defined benefit pension schemes?

Based in the iconic Royal Liver Buildings in Liverpool, we have an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive and busy office environment.

About the role

As part of our friendly team, you'll receive a structured induction and support from our in-house teams during your initial weeks.

No experience? No problem! We provide full training and assign a buddy to support you.

We also promote career development and internal progression within USS.


What you will be doing

* Handling routine queries from institutions, members, and third parties
* Performing automated and manual processes and calculations
* Collaborating with team members and checking work as needed
* Supporting team projects and process improvements
* Managing your workload to meet targets and SLAs
* Escalating complex queries to seniors or managers

Minimum requirements include:

* GCSE Maths and English
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
