Serverfarm is seeking a highly dynamic executive assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the executive assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring support to the CEO and managing day-to-day responsibilities. Your contributions will be instrumental in establishing yourself as an indispensable member within the organization. Overview
Serverfarm is a leading developer and operator of data centers in North America, and EMEA, and has key customer relationships with rapidly-growing hyperscale, technology and enterprise customers. In September 2023, Manulife Investment Management acquired a controlling interest in Serverfarm, which allows the company greater access to capital to accelerate the expansion of its data center portfolio on a worldwide basis. The company is positioned to capture the growing demand for data center capacity that continues to grow globally, fuelled by the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence and companies' continued transition of data workloads and storage to the cloud.
Key Accountabilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO; Coordinating schedules, Meetings and event planning, handling correspondence, and tracking tasks.
* Streamline communications and be the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders and ensure professional and timely communication occurs.
* Assist in project management from the CEO, ensuring tasks requested to internal/external stakeholders are completed timely.
* Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO and executive staff.
* Organize and Coordinate meetings and other events as needed.
* Prepare reports, presentations, communication, and other distribution communication by compiling data and resources.
* Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
* Provide selective support to direct reports and others within the organization.
* Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination related to CEO activities.
* Draft, proofread, and edit presentations, reports, Profiles, PR functions, and other executive-level communication on behalf of the CEO.
* Support planning and logistics for board meetings, investor meetings, leadership retreats, and company-wide events.
