We have a brand new opportunity for a General Builder to join a large housing association in Bristol. From day one, you will receive up to £36k, overtime, company van, fuel card, and over 33 days of annual leave.
This role will involve working with the repairs team to help keep occupied homes safe for tenants. We are keen to speak to anyone with experience in general building trades, whether that's carpentry, roofing, bricklaying, fencing, or groundworks.
As a General Builder, you will be responsible for:
Digging underground drainage, repairing collapsed pipework, and installing soakaways
Roofing and roof repairs, problem-solving roof issues, assessing roof integrity, and guttering repairs
Re-pointing, minor rendering, tiling, and cement work
All types of fencing, including posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels
Laying self-levelling compound, flooring, and floor tiles
Repairing brickwork and blockwork

A General Builder background
A full driving licence
The ability to complete a DBS check
