Role Overview: Join Busy Bees as an Early Years Educator. You will foster the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children in a supportive, high‑quality nursery environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and arrange classrooms to create a safe, stimulating environment.
* Plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Oversee children’s development, attend to their care needs, and build strong family connections.
Qualifications
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
* Good communication and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to apply child‑development knowledge to plan and deliver activities.
