Lunchtime Supervisor required from September 2025
Permanent, Part Time – 1 hour per day Monday to Friday
Term Time Only for 38 weeks per year
Salary: Grade 3 - £24,404 per annum pro rata
Actual Salary: £ 2,775 per annum
John Taylor MAT is looking for a committed and enthusiastic individuals to join its newest, and only ‘all-through’ school in our Trust family. Built from the ground up, Rugeley John Taylor will serve local communities, offering a ‘gold standard’ learning experience to the youngest learners all the way through to sixth formers.
Joining this brand-new school, opening initially with Year 7 in the secondary phase in September 2025, this is your chance to make a difference to young people every day. Lunchtime is a time in the day where students develop social skills and enjoy a break in their formal learning. We are looking for individuals who can provide supervision to ensure lunchtimes are safe, efficient and happy for students, so they are ready for their afternoon learning.
You could be ideal for this role if you have:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Motivation and a proactive approach using initiative
* Willingness to support the staff team as the school grows
