We will help you to develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods, Makaton and the Picture Exchange System.
During the recruitment process, you will get to meet some of the people we support in a nearby service. This will allow you to see their wonderful personalities first-hand and fully understand the level of support that they require.
The people we support are unique, and have support needs ranging from learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, mental health, and other complex needs, which could mean that they sometimes display behaviours that can challenge. It's our mission to ensure the people we support can, and do, lead their best life possible!
