Your Role
You will be an integral part of our high-quality operational HR&OD service, advising on various HR and L&OD activities, supporting strategic and operational projects, and leading on the development, maintenance, and training of our Learning Management System, including performance management and course coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting the creation of a learning culture that promotes ongoing professional development.
2. Managing the delivery of high-quality HR and organizational development advice and solutions.
3. Overseeing content curation and operation of our LMS system.
4. Leading on learning and organizational development projects, working with senior managers to identify needs.
5. Developing and implementing programs to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.
6. Monitoring and evaluating the impact of development initiatives.
7. Managing coaching and mentoring solutions.
Your Profile
1. Professionally qualified (e.g., CIPD) with membership and ongoing professional development evidence.
2. Strong technical knowledge of LMS management, implementation, and reporting.
3. Experience in developing and implementing learning policies and procedures.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities using project management tools.
5. Data analysis skills for procurement decisions.
6. Analytical thinker with high standards of judgment and integrity.
7. Excellent report writing skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills.
