Senior Commercial Manager – Sainsbury's Account
Location: Uxbridge (5 days per week, with flexibility to travel to customer locations and factories)

We're looking for a commercially sharp and resilient Senior Commercial Manager to take the lead on our Sainsbury's account — one of our most high-profile grocery partnerships. If you've got proven success in branded food and are ready to deliver growth across multiple categories and routes to market, this is a role where you'll make a visible impact.
The Role
As Senior Commercial Manager, you will:
1. Take P&L ownership for the Sainsbury's account, driving profitable growth and margin performance.
2. Build, negotiate, and deliver an annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Sainsbury's across all product categories and routes to market.
3. Develop and execute strategies for emerging channels such as convenience and online.
4. Work with Category, Marketing, and Innovation teams to deliver market-led branded NPD and customer activation plans.
5. Lead forecasting, risk management, and promotional planning to maximise effectiveness.
6. Champion Sainsbury's within the business, ensuring their needs are represented in decision-making.
