Responsibilities
* Develop multi-platform Paid Social strategies that achieve measurable results
* Build and maintain client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, presenting strategic recommendations, delivering insights, and resolving campaign-related challenges
* Explore and utilise new platforms or methodologies to improve campaign performance and client value
* Create and implement comprehensive Paid Social strategies aligned with client goals and market trends
* Guide and support junior team members, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices
* Oversee campaign performance across accounts, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to meet KPIs
* Be proficient in managing campaign budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation
* Have a comprehensive understanding of how paid social integrates with other channels
* Lead large-scale campaigns, such as product launches or seasonal promotions, ensuring outstanding performance
* Develop and refine processes for campaign setup, reporting, and optimisation to enhance team efficiency

Requirements
* You have at least six years of experience in Paid Social
* You have an innovation mindset and a passion for improving processes
* You can define a strategy and work with a team to make that strategy come to life
* You have hands-on experience building relationships with platforms, including Meta and TikTok, and a detailed technical knowledge of the platforms
* You have a passion for data, an analytical mindset and love all things social
* You understand the role Paid Social and creator content play in the wider social strategy
* You love building a rapport with people and have experience building productive relationships
* You understand how to utilise new industry developments and technology
* Youre a confident communicator
* Youre self-motivated and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude
