Supply Chain Manager opportunity for a quality innovative food manufacturer.
As Supply Chain Manager for a busy food manufacturing site, you’ll report into the Head of Operations.
Over the last few years, this business has grown their presence across the UK and beyond, they’ve moved into brand new headquarters, quadrupled their manufacturing capacity, and achieved AA BRC accreditation. They’re at the forefront of innovation and are landing UK first to market concepts by using fresh, natural ingredients and a chef’s approach to flavour.
They have further investment to grow, exciting innovation plans and now need a Supply Chain Manager to join their busy operations team. This is a critical role that is responsible for the management of their logistics and customer order fulfilment. Day-to-day you’ll be responsible for order management, customer communication, logistics, problem solving, cold store/haulier relationships, inventory management, line management and process improvements.
To be considered for this role you’ll need:
1. Proven experience in supply chain within the Food or FMCG sectors
2. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
The role is based on site Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm in Leeds
