Our client is currently seeking a confident and skilled 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join our dynamic helpdesk team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support and onboarding Office 365 products. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st/2nd line technical support to clients Assist with the commissioning and onboarding of Office 365 products Maintain effective communication with clients via various channels Requirements: Proven experience in an MSP environment Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and on video calls Located within one hour of travel to BN15 8TU Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support and customer service GCSE or equivalent education preferred Benefits: Bonus scheme Performance bonus Quarterly bonus
