Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
* Partner with Sales and Operational teams to create budgets and forecasts.
* Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
* Prepare and present financial models to support investment decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
* Support the month‑end and year‑end financial close processes.
* Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
* A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
* Experience working in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with three days a week in the office in Swansea.
Job Offer
A 15 month maternity cover.
Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £70,000.
