Navantia UK is seeking a Reward Analyst on a FTC basis to join their dynamic team in Methil. The successful candidate will play a critical role in Reward Analysis, providing professional Total Reward support and guidance to local business partners and/or functional department heads in a matrix environment. The role involves designing, analyzing, and implementing compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Compensation Analysis:
o Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
o Analyze salary data and trends to recommend adjustments, promotions, and incentive plans.
2. Benefits Administration:
o Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
o Evaluate benefits plans, vendors, and providers to optimize offerings and recommend cost-effective improvements.
3. Compliance and Governance:
o Ensure programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
o Support audits and reporting related to total rewards programs.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Use HR analytics tools to gather and analyze compensation, benefits, and rewards data.
o Generate reports and presentations for HR leadership and senior management.
5. Communication and Training:
o Collaborate with HR and Talent Development teams to develop training materials on total rewards.
o Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of reward programs.
Qualifications
* University degree in human resources, reward management, business studies, social science, economics, or relevant experience.
* Proven experience in Total Reward within a similar industry or environment.
* Influence and resilience within a matrix organization.
* Expertise in employment law issues related to Total Rewards, such as equal pay and Gender Pay Gap.
