Facilities Assistant
Location: Saffron Walden
Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week)
Duration: 2 months initial contract
Hourly rate: £13.69
We are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a 'Facilities Assistant' on a part-time, temporary basis!
Purpose of the role:
* The post holder will assist the Facilities Manager and in their absence take responsibility for all functions whilst following health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening and closing of offices.
* Setup of electricals for meetings.
* Assist in running bar/refreshment service when required.
* Keep the location in readiness for meetings, liaising with hirers and providing necessary equipment and arranging delivery.
* To operate all security systems and plant equipment including: Security alarms and time switches, Fire extinguishers, Heating and radiators, Evac chair, Ventilation systems, Induction loop and sound system, Various electrical equipment needed.
* To assist with moving furniture when necessary.
