A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Business and Economics Teacher to join a successful and well-established secondary school in Berkshire. This is a full-time, permanent post starting January 2026, ideal for an educator who is passionate about shaping the next generation of business leaders and economists.

School Information
The school is a thriving 11–18 mixed comprehensive, rated Good by Ofsted, with a reputation for its commitment to academic excellence, student welfare, and innovative teaching practices. The Business and Economics department is a popular choice at both GCSE and A-Level, with a record of strong results and excellent progression rates to university and apprenticeships.

The Role
As a Business and Economics Teacher, you will:

* Teach GCSE and A-Level Business and Economics.
* Inspire students through practical case studies and real-world applications.
* Contribute to curriculum design and enrichment activities.
* Play an active role in developing enterprise and financial literacy across the school.

Experience and Qualifications

* Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
* QTS or PGCE with experience teaching KS4–KS5.
* Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for economic education.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary
Paid to scale (MPS/UPS).
