Job Purpose / Overview
The role of Logistics Analyst is to work within the Logistics Function and across parts of HPC projects, following the Logistics strategy uniformly across the project. They will work with other members of the Logistics Operations Team supporting the implementation of Logistics Operations specific processes and framework. The role is accountable for providing visibility of Logistics performance through the management of Logistics reporting dashboards. They will support the Senior Logistics Operations Manager and Warehouse SME with insights on operational performance. They will support the Logistics Commercial Manager with insights on supplier performance against contractual KPIs.
Shift Times: Monday- Friday
Pay Rate: £170 per day
Location: Bridgwater, HPC

To succeed you will need
Knowledge & Skills
* Ability to deliver accurate and concise project insights utilising commercial and technical information
* Ability to communicate a range of issues and concepts, to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with colleagues within and across organisational boundaries to achieve mutually successful outcomes
* Entry Level analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of Logistics functions and how it affects and supports broader HPC business
* Knowledge of relevant logistics function, including inventory management, supply chain planning, and transport management
Qualifications & Experience
* Exposure working in a high-paced & operational environment within a complex, highly regulated industry (ideally nuclear, aerospace, engineering, or energy)
* Preferred experience in logistics and Major Project delivery
* Working towards a qualification in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or other related fields
