Digital Advertising Sales Consultants – Remote – £29k OTE £50k+ per annum

Job Description

Salary & Earnings Potential: £29,000 DOE with uncapped commission – OTE £50,000+.

We’re seeking highly motivated professionals with strong communication skills to join our team as Digital Advertising Consultants. The ideal candidate thrives on engaging prospective customers via profiled but often cold leads, discussing digital marketing needs, and recommending solutions that deliver real value for their business. An accomplished sales professional, you must be highly organised, quick to learn, and digitally savvy.

Start date: 2 February

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (no weekends). Please ensure you can commit to these hours before applying.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify Key Opportunities: Proactively find and recommend tailored solutions for target customer profiles.
* End‑to‑End Digital Advertising Management: Recommend, secure, onboard, and manage digital advertising solutions for seamless execution and client satisfaction.
* Collaborative Product Development: Partner with product teams to ensure solutions exceed customer expectations.
* Data‑Driven Insights: Monitor performance, provide actionable insights and ROI‑maximising recommendations.
* Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of trends, algorithm updates and emerging technologies.
* Comprehensive Client Reporting: Deliver detailed analysis and strategic recommendations.
* Creative Team Alignment: Brief creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content.

* Sales Experience: Proven track record in high‑level sales, closing deals.
