Head of Sales & Events Corporate Focus | Central London | Up to £55,000 + Bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Central London hotel group for a commercially driven Head of Events & Sales .
This is fundamentally a sales role with events knowledge required. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving corporate business, developing new relationships and maximising revenue across an impressive portfolio of meeting and event spaces.
The venue works extensively with corporate clients including global brands, pharmaceutical companies, construction firms and charities.
The Role Proactively drive corporate sales and new business development
Identify and secure new revenue opportunities
Manage and convert enquiries with strong understanding of DDR
Lead pricing discussions and navigate market challenges
Work closely with operations to ensure seamless event delivery
Be visible, present and confident when overseeing key events
Build strong, long-term corporate partnerships
Predominantly Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for major events when necessary.
The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in both Sales and Events (essential)
Strong corporate meetings background
Confident in business development and closing deals
Excellent commercial awareness
Charismatic, polished and highly articulate
Must have strong professional lingo and corporate presence
Independent, proactive and target-driven
Comfortable working approximately 45 hours per week
Flexible and not clock-focused
Hotel experience is advantageous but not essential. Experience with Guestline (REM & PMS) is beneficial but not required.
Package Salary up to £50,000 (up to £55,000 for exceptional candidates)
Bonus structure to be discussed
