About the Role:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Servicing Administrator to join our Extinguisher servicing team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth communication between technicians and customers while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the extinguisher service team.
* Send job sheets to technicians
* Type and distribute completed certificates to customers using our bespoke database.
* Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Make outbound calls daily to customers and technicians as required.
* Raise customer invoices and technician invoices when needed.
* Perform low-level credit control by contacting customers to advise invoices have been emailed.
* Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a customer service environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent data entry skills, demonstrating both accuracy and speed.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
* Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
