About the Role:
* Support Sales Managers by preparing custom quotes, coordinating sample shipments, and assisting with client proposals.
* Act as the internal lead on confirmed orders, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and production teams.
* Liaise with clients and suppliers to keep projects moving and communications clear.
* Manage documentation including shipping quotes and invoices to keep processes on track.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Is currently in a sales support/ administrative role within a luxury or design-led business.
* Has strong organisational skills and thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.
* Enjoys working collaboratively across teams and takes initiative to keep projects running smoothly.
* Has excellent communication skills and confidence liaising and building relationships with high-profile clients.
