What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
2. Recent experience teaching (whetherpleted as part of your placement or employment)
3. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
4. A genuine passion for education and helping students thrive
5. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
6. A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
7. An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
8. Full right to work in the UK
9. Willing to obtain references
10. An up to date Overseas Police Check if you have been living outside the UK
