We're seeking one or more Volunteers to lead research, planning, and execution of fundraising activities in the Deeside/Kincardine area. You will coordinate a team of fundraisers supported by the Fundraising Hub.
What difference will you make?
Our work for cats, their owners, and local communities relies on vital funds. Your leadership will enable us to expand our campaigns, advice, neutering, and rehoming efforts. You will lead a team of volunteers in community and online fundraising, develop their skills, ensure policies are followed, and engage with the community to reach wider audiences.

We are looking for someone with:
* Great people skills and the ability to motivate others
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
* An understanding of responsible handling of money and resources
* Strong communication skills and passion for community engagement
* Experience in creating and implementing fundraising strategies
* At least 3 years in community fundraising or income generation
* IT skills to use Cats Protection systems (training provided)
* Committee experience as a Team Leader to influence branch direction
What will you be doing?
You will inspire and support volunteers to plan and deliver local fundraising events, overseeing activities that raise funds for veterinary bills and food. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting and motivating fundraising volunteers
* Planning and executing fundraising events and activities
* Assigning tasks before and during events
* Developing annual fundraising plans
* Coordinating with the Community Fundraising Hub
* Managing financial records from events
* Representing Cats Protection professionally
* Ensuring compliance with policies, licenses, and permits (Health & Safety, Data Protection, Safeguarding, etc.)
