Position: CRM Project Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid, Greater London Area South / Home Counties. Technology Function, Central Services Team
Contract: Fixed Term Contract. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (pro rata for contract)
Reports To: CRM Project Lead
Works Closely With: Tech Team, Partner firm contacts, Functional Leads
This role is to support the firm’s strategy. The CRM Project Data Analyst will coordinate and guide stakeholders to implement a fully operational project through end of 2025, with a possibility of extension into 2026. TC Group uses FibreCRM which is being rolled out globally.

Overview notes: This role will be key to ensuring integrations are tested with data of suitable quality and that they perform well against agreed specifications. Knowledge of CRM systems is helpful but not a core requirement; a detail-oriented and focused approach to tracking items is important.
Responsibilities
* Accountable to the CRM Project Lead for a range of data, integration, and testing tasks to assure reliable delivery of the project
* Creating mapping documents
* Fuzzy matching on company name
* Importing data to new systems
* Exporting data
* Checking and identifying issues
* Testing integrations via front end and database access
* Migration of data between CRMs
* Extracting data using basic SQL knowledge (e.g. rewritten scripts)
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience with CRM management/administration (Salesforce, Sugar, Microsoft Dynamics)
* Experience working with multiple datasets, transforming and using data; knowledge of ETL
* Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktops and Microsoft Applications; ability to troubleshoot and communicate with internal customers non-technically
* Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical, problem-solving and logical thinking skills
* Knowledge of SQL Management Studio and confidence in using SQL scripts
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated team player, able to organise own workload with minimal supervision, delivering to schedules and reporting progress
* Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT/systems knowledge
* Experience with accountancy applications (e.g., CCH or IRIS) is an advantage

* High-quality data, clear processes, and high adoption including data quality
* Partner satisfaction scores and feedback
* Successful completion of CRM initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget
