This role offers flexible shift options and the choice to work remotely or from our offices in London (Angel) or Edinburgh.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience speaking with or servicing Australian customers (e.g., call centre, customer service, sales, or research).
* Confident computer skills.
* Laptop or PC with Windows 10 or above and a working webcam (for interactive training).
* USB headset with microphone for clear audio.
