Base Pay Range
Hourly Rate: £12.30
Hours: 46 per week
Shift Pattern: 2 week rolling rota — 13:15 to 21:15 on weekdays and Saturdays, 10:15 to 16:15 on Sundays.

Responsibilities
* Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity.
* Assess and identify vulnerabilities and work proactively to minimise risk.
* Liaise with management and local authorities when applicable.
* Manage vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress.
* Complete colleague and contractor searches in line with customer company policy.
* Digitally report incidents using tablets/phones for daily activity planning.
* Provide detailed and legible incident reporting to assist the client and local authorities.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Must have a valid SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence.
* Previous experience in a Retail Security role is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Applicants must provide a full 5‑year checkable work or back‑to‑school history.
* Bring right‑to‑work documents and a recent proof of address for the interview.
