Marketing Officer (Live Show Support) - Cantonese Speaking
Location: Manchester
Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive team member with a passion for live broadcasting, digital marketing, and social trends. Native-level Cantonese and English are essential for effective day-to-day communication across our UK and Hong Kong teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Officer
* Prepare and organise materials and products prior to live broadcasts
* Assist in planning the live show calendar with KOLs and merchants
* Collaborate with video and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Monitor and respond to audience engagement during live shows
* Oversee customer service and order fulfilment during live broadcasts
* Develop content for in-app promotions, emails, social media, and web
* Support with ad-hoc marketing tasks and cross-functional coordination
Key Requirements & Qualifications of the Marketing Officer
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or retail
* Native fluency in Cantonese and Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
* Previous experience in live broadcasting or media is advantageous
* Knowledge of GA360, Tableau, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
* Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, start-up environment
* Immediate availability preferred
