We’re looking for a Creative Full-Stack Developer — someone who can design, build, and architect beautiful, functional, and high-performance digital experiences from front to back.

What You’ll Be Building
* Awwwards-level websites — motion-driven, story-based, and visually striking.
* Scalable SaaS & web applications using clean architecture and modern tooling.
* Custom React components and advanced interactions built from scratch (no reliance on templates).
* Figma-to-production builds with pixel-perfect precision.
* Integrations for authentication, payments, dashboards, APIs, and data visualization.
* High-performance experiences with Next.js, Tailwind, GSAP/Framer Motion, and Three.js/WebGL.
Tech Stack & Tools
Frontend
* Next.js (App Router)
* React / TypeScript
* Tailwind CSS
* GSAP / Framer Motion / Lenis / ScrollTrigger
* Three.js / WebGL / GLSL shaders
* Figma, Framer, or design-to-code workflows
Backend
* Node.js / Express / Next API Routes
* MongoDB / PostgreSQL (Prisma ORM)
* REST + GraphQL APIs
* Authentication (Auth.js / OAuth / JWT / MFA)
* Stripe (subscriptions, webhooks)
* AWS / Vercel / CloudFront for scalable hosting
* Redis / Upstash / caching strategies
What We’re Looking For
* A creative developer first — someone who sees code as a design tool.
* Deep understanding of frontend architecture (SSR, hydration, routing, state, caching).
* Strong backend foundations — database modeling, API design, and system thinking.
* Ability to plan and structure projects end-to-end with scalability in mind.
* Mastery of animations and motion design (GSAP timelines, transitions, scroll storytelling).
* Experience with 3D / WebGL or a desire to push creative boundaries.
* Confidence building custom design systems and reusable UI libraries.
* Strong communication and common sense — you understand both creative direction and technical constraints.

You’ll collaborate directly with designers, founders, and other engineers to architect, animate, and launch projects that are both visually stunning and technically exceptional.
