We are seeking a Corporate Development and Partnerships Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving MediaKind’s growth through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic industry partnerships. This dual mandate involves both the execution of M&A strategies and expanding the reach of MediaKind’s products by fostering key industry relationships.
Drive strategic identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities to enhance corporate growth and market positioning. Develop and utilize extensive industry networks and analytical tools to source high quality deals aligned with company objectives.
Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to engage industry leaders and potential partners, fostering relationships that facilitate collaboration opportunities aligned with company strategic objectives.
Provide structure and organization to the partnerships organization by facilitating contract review, assembling presentation decks, and ensuring accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
Create robust analyses, including dynamic excel models, to evaluate financial value of prospective partnership or acquisition targets.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an internationally-leading institution
Experience: At least 8+ years of work experience, preferably in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development
A strong candidate will complement robust, fact-based analysis with the ability to communicate succinctly and effectively with both internal and external parties.
