Opus People Solutions are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPO Recruitment Consultant to lead recruitment efforts, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of permanent recruitment strategies and processes and strong relationship management skills to fulfil our clients\' staffing needs.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of Opus models by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent blue and white collar roles.
* Advertise roles, screen candidates, arrange interviews, and manage offers.
* Build proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers, understand recruitment needs and locations, and secure top talent.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house/account management or high-volume recruitment), preferably within Facilities Management or blue collar.
* Highly motivated with a demonstrable passion for recruitment and people.
* Driven by process improvement and innovative thinking.
* Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, prioritising a varied workload.
* Highly organized with excellent customer service skills.
* Willingness and ability to travel between client sites; driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
