Job Description:
Hours/Contract: Permanent Contract 35 hours per week
Based: Role 1 – Hybrid Liverpool Hospice and Home (hospice at least three days per week)
Role 2: Home within South East England. Travel round South East required
Role 3: Home within North East and Yorkshire. Travel to Newcastle and Bradford Hospices required.
Interview date: TBC
The post holder will support the Senior Human Resources Advisor in delivering a professional, high-quality HR service to the Caring Services directorate within their designated region(s). They will provide advice to managers and employees on HR matters, including employment legislation, and support Employee Relations for their regions.

What we are looking for:
* Generalist HR experience advising managers on HR practices, especially change management
* Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site organization
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling ER situations professionally and tactfully
