HR Advisor
Location: Oakleigh Road Depot, Oakleigh Road South, London, N11 1HJ
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Month
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 21.90 per hour

Job Responsibilities
* Provide HR support and advice to department managers and supervisors.
* Assist with worker relations issues like disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
* Support change management, including restructures and TUPE processes.
* Ensure accurate HR and payroll data and compliance with policies and procedures.
* Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
* Promote equality and a healthy work environment.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Understanding of employment law principles.
* Experience in general HR roles and worker relations matters.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Nice to Have
* CIPD qualification or currently studying towards it.
* Experience with change initiatives.
