Overview We are currently seeking a Mechanical Design Manager in Lancaster to lead the mechanical design function for a well-established M&E building services contractor. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can balance technical quality with pace and practicality. You’ll oversee mechanical design delivery across multiple projects, guide engineers through the full design lifecycle, and work closely with pre-construction and delivery teams to make sure solutions are buildable, compliant, and commercially sensible.
