Salary: £ 33,008.27 per annum Location: Harlow based, covering the whole of West Essex Contract: Permanent Full-Time, 37 hours per week Shifts: 08.30am to 16.30pm Monday to Friday – includes On call rota basis ECL are seeking a Care Manager, known internally as a Local Business Manager to motivate, support and lead the frontline workers in the West Essex Team As a Reablement Care Line Manager, you will provide strong leadership and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high quality, person-centred reablement services. You will manage and support a team of reablement staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role requires excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills, alongside a clear understanding of care pathways, safeguarding, and best practice in promoting independence. You’ll work collaboratively with health and social care partners to ensure positive outcomes for individuals regaining confidence and independence in their daily lives.
