The Emergency Department at Whipps Cross University Hospital offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure and develop clinical management skills in a diverse range of pathologies reflective of the local population.
We seek doctors with at least 3 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or related acute care roles. All posts are initially for 12 months with the possibility of extension. Successful applicants will work at Registrar / ST3+ level in the Paediatric Emergency Department at Whipps Cross Hospital.

Qualifications and Knowledge (Essential)
* MB ChB or equivalent
* Full GMC Registration
* MRCP(UK) Part I or equivalent
* MRCS Part A and B or equivalent
* MCEM Parts A and B or equivalent
* MRCPCH Part 1
* Medical knowledge appropriate to grade
* Understanding of ALS principles
Personal and People Development (Essential)
* Good communication skills, written and verbal
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to quality care
* Ability to organize own CPD
* Enthusiasm for teaching junior doctors, medical students, and nurses
* Involvement in clinical audit
