IT Support Engineer – Jersey

Role Overview:
* Location: Jersey (Site based, Monday-Friday)
* Package: £30,000- £50,000 per annum Company Discretionary Bonus Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver hands-on first and second-line IT support to colleagues in Jersey, by phone, email, and in person.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and end-user issues — escalating where needed.
* Work closely with the global Service Delivery team on escalations and complex technical problems.
* Maintain and manage IT equipment, servers, networking kit, and office systems.
* Support system security, including backups, monitoring, and following security protocols.
* Keep the local asset register accurate and up to date.
* Monitor and respond to system alerts and support tickets within agreed SLAs.
* Contribute to ITSM processes (incident, service, problem, change) and support ISO 27001 and ITIL alignment.
