Position: Executive Assistant

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

The successful applicant will work with the CEO of the business, ensuring the smooth running of the companys internal operations, external networking, HR/recruiting and board reporting activities.
This is a demanding and broad‑ranging role with a huge amount of responsibility in the management of company and staff affairs.
You must be an intelligent and pro‑active self‑starter with the confidence, organisation and resourcefulness to handle the job.
Some of your key early goals will include:
* Setting up and maintaining a new internal HR system for all staff.
* Setting up onboarding and performance tracking for new and current hires.
While day‑to‑day responsibilities may include:
* Handling CEO calendar & schedule.
* Preparing confidential board materials, collecting & maintaining data.
* Coordinating & booking international team travel arrangements.
* Helping coordinate company events and conferences.
* Investor & book‑keeper relations.
Requirements
* Intelligent – strong academic results with a degree‑level qualification.
* Communicator – excellent writing skills and literacy a must.
* Tech Savvy – competence with web data, spreadsheets and business applications highly important.
* Organisation and Planning – evidence of capability at event or team organisation a must.
* HR & Recruiting Experience – people management a big plus.
* Stock Market interest or investing experience – a big plus.
