Teaching Assistant – Secondary School | Wood Green (N21)
Start Date: End of September 2025
Hours: 8:20am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time | Long-term
This inclusive and well-regarded secondary school is looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis starting at the end of September 2025. You will support students with a variety of additional needs, including Autism and behavioural difficulties, in both classroom settings and targeted intervention sessions. Working closely with teaching staff, you will help students build confidence, stay focused, and reach their full potential in a nurturing, mainstream environment.

Qualifications / Person Specification
* Experience working with young people with special educational needs (SEN).
* Calm, patient, and resilient in their approach.
* Passionate about inclusive learning and supporting positive behaviour.
