Responsibilities
* Support day‑to‑day operations and deliver outstanding customer experience.
* Manage administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Support vehicle orders, cancellations, and registrations.
* Send and manage financial contracts and agreements.
* Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track and support customer journeys.
* Act as point of contact for retailers, answering queries and providing updates.
* Take ownership of queries and aim for first‑contact resolution.
* Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and targets.
Qualifications
* Comfortable using technology and systems; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a bonus.
* Strong organisation and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Natural team player who enjoys collaborating.
* Empathy and ability to build rapport quickly.
* Self‑motivated, able to manage own workload.
* Comfortable working in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
