The Role of Deputy Maanager: As Deputy Manager, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional person-centred care, ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and growing the branch through quality service delivery and business development. Working closely with the Registered Manager and Regional Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving performance, managing care teams, and expanding the client base.
