The job itself
We are seeking a full‑time Health & Review Liaison Officer to join our Contract and Quality Assurance Team on a temporary 12‑month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and forward‑thinking service.
Our team operates in a highly successful, rewarding, and fast‑paced environment, undertaking the contract and quality monitoring of independent adult social care services across the East Riding.
Previous experience in the Health & Social Care sector is not essential. We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, confidence working with varied information and moderate data sets, and strong IT skills—particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring and verifying that providers deliver services in line with agreed contract arrangements
2. Supporting contract monitoring visits to Adult Social Care services within and around the East Riding of Yorkshire
3. Producing clear, standard-format reports
4. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and service providers
The Candidate
You will:
5. Be able to travel to undertake site visits within and around the East Riding of Yorkshire
6. Have strong computer skills, including confident use of Microsoft Excel and Word
7. Be self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure
9. Be able to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships
10. Have a practical, logical approach to problem‑solving
11. Be capable of managing high volumes of work while adapting positively to change
The team currently operates a blended working model (home and office) with some flexibility around start and finish times.
