Creative Support is recruiting a passionate and person-centred Project Manager to lead a group of supported living services in Horsforth, Leeds. This includes a new service for young people with autism and complex needs, an existing adult service, a community café, and a sessional day program called Creativities.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a skilled team and oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support. You’ll work closely with families, professionals, and service users to ensure person-centred outcomes and community integration.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage supported living services and community programs
* Deliver structured support plans and positive behaviour strategies
* Supervise and mentor staff across multiple services
* Collaborate with families and external professionals
* Ensure compliance with care standards and organizational policies
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion
Candidate Profile
* Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs
* Skilled in assessment, support planning, and communication strategies
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Hands-on approach with a commitment to person-centred care
* Relevant social care qualification required (RNLD, BASW, DipSW, Level 5 Diploma)
