Finance Manager / Management Accountant — Luxury B3C & B2B SME Manufacturer

The role
Due to retirement, we have an opening in our accounting function - month-end, job costing, and cash flow, while improving reporting. You'll partner directly with the Ops director and MD, lead a small growing team and turn data into decisions that have a direct positive impact on the business.
What you'll do
* Manage supplier payment runs and being a key point of contact in nurturing relationships with our long standing well respected suppliers.
* Deliver monthly management accounts with clear analysis and actionable advice
* Tighten job costing and margin visibility at the project level
* Run and manage the 13-week cash flow and lead accounts receivable with clients and the team.
* Build a practical board pack and dashboards
* Improve internal processes, controls, and data integrity
* Oversee VAT/payroll/audit readiness; support budgets & forecasts
You bring
* Finance experience in a manufacturing setting
* CIMA part-qualified/qualified (or AAT + strong track record)
* Strong exposure to Sage & Excel
* Hands-on mindset, clear communication, and small-team leadership
