What you will do
* Ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors, and hotel assets
* Monitor, maintain and proactively use the CCTV system and other security equipment
* Carry out regular security patrols of the hotel, apartments, and grounds
* Control access to the property, including managing contractors, visitors and staff searches when required
* Report, investigate and document incidents, liaising with police, fire authorities or other agencies where appropriate
* Conduct regular fire safety checks, building and escape route inspections, and assist in evacuation procedures
* Handle lost property efficiently and in line with company procedures
Who you are
* Hold a valid SIA Licence (essential)
* First Aid certified, with knowledge of fire alarm systems
* Proactive, reliable and self-driven with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communicator with good spoken and written English
* Able to work flexibly across a rota covering 24 hours, 7 days a week
