Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that work sites are clean, safe, and efficient. Duties
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work site.
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
* Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
* Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
* Carry out general maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working order.
* Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Experience
* Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
* Familiarity with construction or manual handling practices is beneficial.
* Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks.
