About you…
You’re an experienced senior manager, having driven strategic plans and built high-performing teams.
You’ll also be:
1. a caring, performance-focussed leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing others to success
2. highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
3. an engaging, uplifting and effective communicator – able to change your approach whether you’re in a one-to-one or presenting to groups
4. confident with evaluating data and excellent written skills
