Manage long and complex sales cycles with discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, internal approvals and stakeholder alignment across both client and internal teams. Maintain strong awareness of FS trends (regulation, digitisation, AI, operating model change, cost and capital pressures) and use this to shape relevant, insight-led conversations. Candidate Profile 4-8 years' experience in complex professional services sales, business development or sales capture roles, ideally within FS (banking, capital markets, commercial banking, insurance, asset or wealth management). Clear, concise communicator and strong storyteller, able to frame problems, articulate options and bring to life complex propositions for senior stakeholders. Demonstrable sales leadership: experience as primary deal owner, leading qualification, strategy, solution shaping and commercial negotiation, rather than supporting as an account manager. Comfortable operating with long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers and ambiguity; able to plug in and play" quickly in a sophisticated, matrixed environment. Benefits Base salary in the region of £75,000-£85,000, plus a car allowance in the region of £5,500-£6,000 per annum.
