Key Responsibilities As Dispensing Manager, you will: Lead the dispensing side of the business, focusing on high-end, independent frames and premium lenses from renowned manufacturers in Germany and Japan. Take responsibility for driving growth in the dispensing side of the practice, with a commercial focus to increase revenue and performance. Collaborate closely with an experienced team to ensure excellent customer care and professional dispensing standards. Play a key role in the business's long-term success, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as part of the director's succession plan.
