About this Role
This role is all about keeping the wheels turning literally. From organising fleet operations to ensuring smooth customer experiences, youll play a key role in our day-to-day operations.
* Manage fleet operations and handle branch administration.
* Plan and coordinate MOT schedules and maintenance programmes.
* Arrange the delivery and collection of vehicles to and from customers and branches.
* Support the team with a range of administrative tasks.
About You
Youre organised, approachable, and thrive in a team environment. With experience in customer service, youll bring the skills needed to keep things running smoothly.
* Confident communicator with a great telephone manner.
* Strong administrative skills and PC literacy.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working under pressure.
* A driving licence is highly desirable.
* Prior experience in asset rental, distribution, or transport is a bonus, but not essential.
