Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial services and a keen eye for detail, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Monday to Friday, 8am-10am
Responsibilities
* Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas.
* Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, fixtures, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
* Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to management promptly.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
* Use specialised cleaning equipment where required, adhering to operational guidelines.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable with good organisational skills and time management abilities.
* Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting light loads.
